REFUND

Effective Date: April 8, 2024

ALL SALES FINAL

Due to the nature of our company and limited number of products, all sales are final. The studio does not condone the use of bots for online sales. Any products purchased with bots will be canceled at our discretion and a 15% restocking fee will be charged. Please note it can take up to three (3) weeks for a product to ship. The studio may offer replacements or refunds at our discretion. If we decide to issue a refund for a damaged product, it will be issued once USPS resolves the claims case and notifies us that is has been closed. The studio is not able to issue refunds after 30 days from delivery date. Please note refunds for customs duties and VAT fees will need to be handled by the customs office of importing country. 

EU RESIDENTS

By the sole discretion of STASIS SUPPLY, we may allow EU residents to return purchases made online within 14 days of delivery for a full refund. In these cases, customers are responsible for paying return shipping. Any charges incurred for returning goods are the responsibility of the customer. We cannot refund customs duties and VAT taxes as those are collected separately by the importing country. We will not reimburse shipping fees incurred for returning an item, or refund the original delivery charge unless the item is faulty or has been sent to you in error. The returned item must be postmarked or requested within 14 days of the date the item was delivered. Goods being refunded must be unused and undamaged. STASIS SUPPLY retains the right to delay refunds if we have not received the goods or evidence that the goods have been returned.
